2018 was very busy. New house. New schools. Day jobs that grew into early evening, night, and weekend jobs. 2019 is going to be different. Yes, it will still be busy, but this year Full Van Fun turns four. And as all parents know, Year 1 is smiles and giggles. Year 2 (and often Year 3 in our case) is smiles, giggles, tantrums, and terribles. But Year 4 is when it all starts to come together and grow up.
So what do we have in mind for 2019? First, more of everything you already enjoy. More #8isEnoughQuestions interviews. More travel stories. More recipes and farm to family cooking tips. But we also have some new ideas in store…
This year, we are going to fully launch our new playoff bracket style awards for Kindie music with actual trophies. We tried to do it last year, but it just got lost in the middle of everything (spoiler alert – Lucky Diaz won by the way). We also plan to feature more concert reviews and not just traditional “Kindie” artists but also more popular groups like Imagine Dragons, Pentatonix, NEEDTOBREATHE, and more. For travel and farm to family food, our kids have come up with some new content features that could be epic or could be a fail, but we’re going to let them try. We will also have some more Top 10 lists, profiles of some perfect roadtrip stops, gardening tips (as we learn ourselves), etc.
So thank you for all of your support over the last three years and buckle in for more food, travel, and music that parents and children can enjoy together! May you all have a wonderful 2019…
